Inktober 2018

Before starting inktober, I wanted to decide on what I wanted to draw for the prompts of this year. I was reading the Silmarillion by Tolkien, so I decided to draw elves.

For most drawings, I used indian ink with a small brush. For others, I used a brushpen or liner, and copic markers or watercolour for accents and shading. I also used glitter pens on some drawings for accents.✨

Clock - "She spent most days in the garden, waiting for her beloved to return."

Exhausted - "She felt safe with him. The warmth and softness of his fur helped her fall into a carefree sleep"

Spell - "He put her under a powerful spell, so she would finally do as he wanted..."

Flowing - "Not all those who wander are lost." - J.R.R Tolkien

Whale - "Every time she headed out to see, its creatures came to greet her."

Tranquil - "This cup of tea took away all the chaos in her life and replaced it with tranquillity."

Poisonous - "It was going to be an interesting dinner party tonight..."

Chicken - "She loved playing with the chickens. The chickens... did not like it so much..."

Guarded - "The palace was guarded all day and night, its doors would never be opened to unwelcome guests."
